UX/UI Design
Make your website or digital product easier to use.

Friction often appears in the details
A difficult form, an ambiguous label or a step that does not explain what comes next can interrupt a task. Before redesigning screens, we identify the important journeys and the questions the design needs to answer.
What the service includes
Understanding the journey
We review tasks, needs and friction points using the available evidence and agreed research.
Structure and prototypes
We organize flows and screens to explore alternatives before development.
Interface and review
We design components and visual states, then assess the proposal through the reviews and tests defined for the project.
What you can receive
The starting point and priority journeys guide the deliverables:
- A map of journeys and prioritized problems.
- Wireframes and prototypes for the selected flows.
- Interface design and the components those screens require.
- Test findings and specifications for the development team.
We agree on screens, states, sizes, tests and revisions. We also define the development team’s involvement, access to users and accessibility criteria relevant to the project.
A related case
Tramo: Experience design, icons and mockups for an application. Explore the scope and context of the case.
We review what people need, what the business offers and the context in which the experience is used. These questions guide navigation, content and visual decisions.
From understanding to measurement
- Understanding. We review tasks, users and information about the current experience.
- Proposal. We agree on priority journeys, design questions and review criteria.
- Production. We build and review wireframes, prototypes and interfaces within the agreed scope.
- Measurement. We evaluate the defined tasks and tests, then provide recommendations for implementation or the next iteration.
Observe whether people understand and complete a task
Depending on the project stage, we can review errors, difficulties, comprehension and task completion. Prototypes help us explore ideas; after implementation, we use data from the live experience to assess results.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between UX and UI?
UX focuses on how people experience and complete a task. UI shapes how that experience appears in the interface: hierarchy, components, states and visual elements. Both need to work together.
Does the service include coding the website or application?
The service focuses on experience and interface design. We can collaborate with your development team and explicitly include implementation in the proposal if you also need it.
Do you always test with users?
We define testing around the questions, stage and resources of the project. We agree on the method and participants, and make clear which conclusions come from direct observations and which ideas need further testing.
Can you improve just one part of my product?
Yes. We can focus on a journey such as registration, search, purchase or a contact request. The scope covers the screens and states required for that task.
